It’s time for SUMMER CAMP! But, this one is not for the kiddies. This is for leaders like YOU. We’ve built a Leadership Summer Camp (LSC) that you can attend during a regular work week, without using precious PTO.

LEADERSHIP SUMMER CAMP IS:

Neuroinclusive

Whether you are neurodivergent, and looking for ways to advocate for yourself as you advance your career, or if you are a neurotypical leader dedicated to creating a wonderful work environment for all of your team members, this is for you. This week, we focus on changing perspectives and connecting with people in new ways.

Virtual and self-paced

While we had fun with the camp theme, and weave it throughout the content, you won’t need to pack a bag for sleepaway camp or anything. Our five-day camp content will be delivered each morning via email. You will be invited to watch a short video, do an activity, and check out additional resources on each topic. The materials can be covered in one sitting or broken up throughout your day.

Designed for Leaders

Whether ‘leader’ is in your official title or not, we invite you to attend. The materials resonate with anyone striving for improved communication with peers or looking to shift the team culture. Ultimately, the tools and resources shared around the campfire help with employee engagement and retention. So, if low turnover and happy engaged employees sound good to you, book yourself into a cabin (okay, no cabins…just enrollment forms below).

Free

Other than the investment of your time (approximately 20 minutes per day, for five days) participate in Leadership Summer Camp for no cost.
