Inspiration is Everywhere
I used to drive by a high school almost every day. One day in 2018, while sitting in traffic, I noticed a Martin Luther King Jr. quote painted up along the school’s fence. “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
This brought a smile to my face as I realized how relevant this quote was in my own life, and in so many situations.
After seeing the sign, I knew I wanted to pursue executive coaching. I’d already dedicated my career to developing others, and knew executive coaching could take powerful conversations to a new level.
