What does it mean to Lead with ADHD? Leading with ADHD is about owning the unique wiring of your brain, and tapping into your strengths as a team member, leader, and more. Lead with ADHD Programs and Coaching will give you a few ways to embrace your ADHD and harness some incredible strengths.

Some people were diagnosed with ADHD decades ago as a child, and are still learning about how ADHD impacts them at work. Others were recently diagnosed and feel everything from a sense of relief, to frustration, to sadness for the time they went undiagnosed. Still, others have not sought out the formal diagnosis yet, but are curious how approaching things differently may prove beneficial.

Ideal candidates for Lead with ADHD are:

  • Navigating a Career Transition (to 1st time manager or supervisor, next-level leadership, or executive roles).
  • Embracing a new or existing ADHD diagnosis and curious how to thrive at work.
  • Curious about ADHD, and interested in learning more about ADHD @ work, while gaining access to tools and models to leverage at work. This includes people that have self-diagnosed (or have seen alignment in symptoms/behavior) or leaders that want to best embrace their ADHD employees.

The Lead with ADHD program is built on five components. The foundational learning is just the beginning. The most important learning comes when participants apply the learnings to their work experiences. Instead of dwelling on anything participants don’t excel in, Lead with ADHD focuses on strengths, and provides the tools and resources to build the capabilities necessary for career advancement.
