Julia H. Mullins, Founder
After building a 15+ year career in corporate leadership and executive development, Julia set out to formalize her training as an executive coach. She earned a certificate from American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program. Then, built up hundreds of coaching hours with clients across industries and roles. Julia currently holds Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is actively pursuing Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Julia also earned a certificate in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan, and an MBA from Penn State. Julia is a member of ICF, ACO, and CHADD, and is certified in a number of psychometric assessments including the Hogan suite, FIRO-B, and CCL’s 360. Learn more here.
Mullins Professional Group (MPG)
Working with incredible leaders across industries was so rewarding, but Julia felt something was missing. Much of her career was at the intersection of leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, but neurodiversity didn’t seem to get enough attention.
MPG is focused on developing leaders, and centers this focus around neurodiversity, and amplifying neurodivergent voices.
Programs
Our signature program, Lead with ADHD, runs in open enrollment and closed corporate sessions for leaders navigating their own ADHD diagnoses while advancing in their career.
Other bespoke programming is always available to meet your specific company needs.
MPG is also an Authorized Partner with Blanchard and can facilitate award-winning workshops that are both personalized and scalable, including the SLII Experience.
Coaching
We work with leaders identifying both as neurodivergent and neurotypical in one-on-one coaching engagements. All coaching, both for individuals and teams, leverages Hogan assessments for a deeper data-driven approach to understanding strengths and opportunities, and turn insights into action. In addition to the suite of reports available to each individual, teams are also eligible for another report and coordinating workshop.
Speaking
Julia H. Mullins is available for speaking opportunities. Topics focused on ADHD, neurodiversity, and leadership development are best for groups ranging from Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to team building events and annual kick off meetings. Check out more about speaking engagements here.
