Leadership Traits: Good…or Misunderstood? Popular

What happens when a trait or behavior isn’t seen through the same lens? Something that thrills one leader might annoy another. This workshop is best for in-person audiences, and encourages all participants to change their perspective and see things through another point of view.

Once we establish some different POVs, we’ll dig into how the various POVs come about, and how we can prevent misunderstandings. We discuss how to learn more about each other, instead of letting assumptions run wild. The clarity in this workshop helps to find respect and celebrates different perspectives, instead of finding ways to ‘other’ people and label them as outsiders.

Emotionally Intelligent Leaders Popular

A leaders’ emotional intelligence, or their ability to perceive, control, and share emotions, can shape who they are and how others want to interact with them. Our workshop leverages the Hogan EQ assessment and report, and discusses six different components of emotional intelligence. Participants will see how they score against the larger population, and build an action plan to address any gaps identified to impact their leadership, how they perform on a team, and their overall employability.

Workplace Well-Being

We get into the neuroscience of well-being, and introduce a framework for understanding the foundational physical practices that every employee can master. Attendees leave with a personalized tool kit of actions to take to improve their brain health, and ultimately, their workplace well-being.

Building Executive Presence

In this workshop, we define Executive Presence in a tactical way each participant can understand in their current context. Using various inputs, participants are able to see how they show up, and draw focus to the areas most needed for their next promotion or opportunity.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

This workshop leverages some highlights from the cohort-based Lead with ADHD program, and covers much more than ADHD. Our library of content allows us to put together cohorts ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months. This offering leverages various assessments including the Hogan Assessment Suite and VIA Character Strengths.
