Leadership Development

Leadership development refers to short-term and long-term programming for various levels of employees throughout the organization. We work with everyone from executives to interns. From top talent programming, to single sessions on neuroinclusive leadership, let’s partner.

Executive Coaching

MPG executive coaching aligns with the International Coaching Federation definitions. Coaching differs from mentoring, consulting, or other career development roles. We hold ICF-PCC credentials, and are members of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) which contributes to our neuroinclusive perspective. Coaching engagements follow three main frameworks seen on our Coaching page.

From how we build trainings, to how we facilitate sessions, we consider various dimensions of the learning experience for participants. MPG honors the neurobiological and cognitive differences amongst team members and knows it impacts individuals’ approach to communication, work, and relationships. Neuroinclusive design benefits everyone.

This approach leverages a variety of processing modalities (learning strategies) to connect with learners, participants, and coaching clients. We address leadership challenges and team dynamics from a number of angles. From data-driven behavioral change strategies, to tapping into emotional intelligence to build executive presence at every level in the organization.
